The IRGC announced that it detected and tracked an advanced U.S. MQ-9 drone in the skies over Isfahan, confirming that it was shot down and destroyed by air defense systems.
The Public Relations Department of the IRGC said in a statement that its Aerospace Force units have targeted and destroyed the advanced MQ-9 drone of the US terrorist army with modern advanced defense systems, under the control of the country’s integrated air defense network.
The American UAV has been shot down in the southern region of Iran.
The IRGC noted that the Iranian sky is completely unsafe for all enemy aircraft.
