Did you know that older men might have higher sperm production?

No, it’s a myth. While semen volume may remain the same, the actual quality and quantity of fertile sperm decline with age, especially after 40. Sperm motility and DNA integrity typically decrease, affecting fertility. Peak production and quality occur between the ages of 20 and 30. In short, older men don’t have more viable sperm; in fact, the opposite is true.
