The woman who refused to give into the little cry baby is totally within her right to refuse giving up her seat that she paid for to a brat whose mother let that child act the way it did and expected the poor woman to be manipulated in order to gets his way. Additionally, any one on that plane that tried to shame that poor woman for not giving in to the entitled child and Mother should be ashamed and been told by the staff on the plane to mind their own business or hand over those phones for the entire flight.

As much as i love kids and have grandchildren myself Don’t blame her she paid for the seat and shouldn’t have to be moved and certainly shouldent have been videoed. Next time they might pay for window seat
