Human genital organs are the same in structure and function across all races. Differences in appearance do exist, mainly in skin tone, which is influenced by melanin, hormones, blood flow, age, and genetics. These are normal variations and do not affect health, sensitivity, or sexual function.
Size, shape, and sensation vary between individuals, not between races. From a medical perspective, no racial group has advantages or disadvantages in genital anatomy—variation is personal, not racial.
