One morning at work, I noticed something off in the lobby—a homeless man standing near the security guard, looking exhausted and scared. I couldn’t just walk by, so I asked if he needed help. He said he needed to warm up, get some food, and have some water. I handed him a bottle of water and tried to take him inside to feed him, but the guard stopped me, citing the rules.
