Investigators have reportedly recovered a black glove from desert brush about 1.5 miles from Nancy Guthrie’s home in Tucson.
According to on-scene reporting, the glove resembles the black gloves worn by the masked individual seen in FBI-released footage destroying Nancy’s door camera the morning she disappeared. That footage showed a suspect wearing black gloves, a ski mask, and a holstered gun.
Authorities have not confirmed whether this glove is connected to the suspect, but the proximity and similarity are raising serious questions.
If this item is linked to the individual captured on surveillance, it could become a key piece of forensic evidence. DNA, fibers, touch evidence, all of that could potentially matter.
At the same time, investigators have not identified a suspect publicly, and no official statement has confirmed the glove’s significance.
