Well-Known Actress From Dallas And Multiple Sitcoms Passed Away At 95

Alice Hirson, known for roles in Dallas, Full House, and Ellen, passed away of natural causes at age 95 at the Motion Picture and Television Country House and Hospital in Los Angeles.

Born in Brooklyn in 1929 and raised on Long Island, Hirson had a long TV career spanning decades.

She appeared in 26 episodes of Dallas, played Claire Tanner in Full House, and portrayed Ellen DeGeneres’ mother on Ellen from 1994 to 1998.

She also made appearances on Murphy Brown, Just Shoot Me, and films like Revenge of the Nerds.

Her legacy lives on through the many characters she brought to life. Rest in peace, Alice Hirson
